OpsGrowth Partners, LLC is a consulting and fractional operations leadership firm founded by Janet Morse, a seasoned manufacturing leader with a proven record of driving profitability and operational excellence. Janet brings decades of hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, the Toyota Production System, SAP implementation, and automation, helping small to mid-sized manufacturers streamline operations and build sustainable growth.
